  • Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as:

    • Driver’s License

    • State ID card

    • Passport

    • Military ID

    All IDs must be current or issued within the last 5 years.

  • Absolutely! We understand life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5 so we offer evenings and weekends by appointment.

  • Yes, as long as the document is in a language you understand. However, your signature must still be in English, and your ID must be acceptable under California law.

  • No. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, draft documents, or explain how to complete them. We can only witness signatures and verify identity.

  • California law sets the notary fee at $15 per signature, per person.
    That means each signature you ask me to notarize is $15.

    You and your spouse both need to sign a Power of Attorney.

    Travel fee (price depends on location) — $35
