FOR THE SIGNER—
I’ve been contracted by your Loan Officer and Title Company to walk you through your loan documents and oversee the signing process. While I’m not an employee of either, I serve as a neutral third party to ensure everything is done accurately and according to standard such as:
Verify your government-issued identification
Ensure that all documents are signed, dated and initialed correctly
Confirm that you are the person named in the loan documents
Present each document and explain its general purpose
Please note: I am not authorized to provide legal advice or interpret the terms of your loan. If you have any questions regarding your loan terms, I will happily pause the signing and help you get in touch with your Loan Officer or Title representative for clarification.
I’ll meet you wherever it’s convenient— your home, office, favorite coffee shop, you name it. To prepare for your appointment, please have your unexpired photo ID available. If more than one signer is required, all parties must be present. You will have time to review your documents, and I will guide you through each step to ensure everything is completed accurately and efficiently.
